2mcuci Terms and Conditions – Complete Guide to Using Our Platform

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the use of the website, mobile application, and all services provided by 2mcuci (collectively referred to as the "Platform").

In this document, the following terms carry the meanings stated:

• "Member" refers to any individual who has registered a valid account on the 2mcuci Platform.
• "Account" refers to a Member's personal profile used to access Platform services.
• "Deposit" refers to the transfer of funds by a Member into their game account on the Platform.
• "Withdrawal" refers to the transfer of funds from a Member's game account to their personal bank account.
• "Bonus" refers to free game credits, real money credits, or other benefits granted by the Platform to Members under specific conditions.
• "Games" refers to all Slots, Live Casino, table games, bingo, sports betting, and any other game products available on the Platform.

• 2mcuci does not accept deposits from third-party credit cards or another person's account.

Withdrawal:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction.
• Funds may only be withdrawn to a bank account held in the same name as the registered 2mcuci account.
• Your first withdrawal requires completed KYC verification.
• Processing times vary by VIP tier — from a few hours for regular members to 15 minutes for Diamond members.
• 2mcuci reserves the right to suspend withdrawals while an investigation is ongoing if suspicious activity is detected.

Bonuses and promotions at 2mcuci are part of our member rewards programme. However, each bonus comes with usage terms that must be followed:

• Each bonus has a wagering requirement as clearly stated in the respective promotion terms.
• The welcome bonus is only available to new members who have not previously registered on the Platform.
• Bonuses cannot be directly converted to cash without first meeting the wagering requirements.
• If wagering requirements are not met within the specified period, the bonus will expire automatically.
• Each Member is eligible to claim each promotion once only, unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion's terms.

Promotion abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using hedging betting strategies, or colluding with other players to exploit bonuses — may result in cancellation of all bonuses and account suspension.

All games on 2mcuci have minimum and maximum betting limits set by their respective game providers. Members are responsible for checking these limits before playing.

• Betting limits for each game are clearly displayed within the respective game interface.
• Wins from bets that exceed the set limits may not be paid out.
• 2mcuci reserves the right to impose additional wagering limits on any Member based on internal risk assessments.

Game outcomes at 2mcuci are final. In the event of a dispute regarding a game result, 2mcuci reserves the right to refer to server logs maintained by the game provider as evidence of the valid outcome.

• Use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only, not for commercial or professional use.
• Do not use any third-party software or tools that could provide an unfair advantage in games.
• Do not take any action that may disrupt, damage, or interfere with the operation of the Platform.
• Do not spread false or misleading information about the Platform on any public platform.
• Do not use your 2mcuci account for money laundering or any other illegal activities.
• Contact the 2mcuci support team if you notice any vulnerabilities or bugs in the system.

You also agree to play responsibly. If you feel that your gaming habits are beginning to negatively impact your life, please use the available control tools or contact our support team for assistance.

2mcuci reserves the right to suspend or close any Member's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause in these Terms and Conditions.
• Identity fraud or providing false information during registration or the KYC process.
• Bonus abuse or exploitation of promotions.
• Suspected activity related to money laundering or illegal financing.
• Use of unauthorized software or methods to gain an unfair advantage in games.
• Threats, offensive language, or inappropriate behaviour towards staff or other players.

Members may also request voluntary account closure by contacting our support team. If there is a remaining balance at the time of closure and no outstanding issues, the balance will be processed for return once the review is complete.

To the extent permitted by law, 2mcuci shall not be liable for:

• Financial losses arising from gaming activity on the Platform.
• Service disruptions due to system maintenance, technical failures, or factors beyond our control.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence in safeguarding your password.
• Delays in transaction processing due to third-party failures such as banks or payment processors.
• Changes in currency value or loss in value due to market fluctuations.

2mcuci does not guarantee that the Platform will be entirely free from disruptions, errors, or security vulnerabilities. However, we are committed to taking all reasonable steps to minimise such risks.

2mcuci reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Members via in-app notification or email at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

• Minor changes that do not affect Members' fundamental rights may be implemented without prior notice.
• Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
• If you disagree with any amendment made, you have the right to close your account before the amendment's effective date.
